Ground, 2nd Day, and Next Day service is available.3 Day, 2nd Day and Next day are only delivered Mon-Fri. Larger palletized orders are shipped via freight. Ground delivery typically takes 3-6 business days from the time it leaves our warehouse depending on your location. We're sorry, but shipments cannot be made to P.O. Boxes.

• Free shipping applies only to faucets and accessories.
• Orders placed by 2pm PST will ship the same day.
• Sinks are double boxed in air pillows to ensure their quality upon arrival.
• Toilets and large fixtures are shipped motor freight and can only be shipped ground service. Express service is not available.
• Alaska & Hawaii customers are charged the 2nd Day service rate.
• Canada, Puerto Rico, & Caribbean customers add a $100 base fee to the Ground Service rate.

Your order may be split and divided between carriers and therefore have separate delivery dates for the following reasons:

• You ordered more than one item, one of which is oversized and must be shipped via freight.
