Return Policy

    • You may return any product in its original condition within 30 days of receipt of your order for a full cash refund. Returns beyond 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. An item cannot be returned more than 120 days after the date of purchase. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
    • Please call our customer service department at 888-328-2389 or email returns@faucetdepot.com and ask for a Returned Goods Authorization. To process your return quickly please have the original order number available. Please wrap the package securely and note the Returned Goods Authorization number on the outside of the package. Returns without an authorization number will not be accepted. We are not responsible for products sent back to us without an authorization. Orders must be returned in the original packaging and in the original condition. Products must be in the manufacturers original box and packaging or NO CREDIT will be given. All products will be inspected prior to credit approval.
    • Products that have been installed are non-returnable
    • Once a Returned Goods Authorization number is issued, the returned product needs to be returned within 60 days

    Our Shipping Rate Table (below) displays detailed costs of shipping an order. The Faucet Depot typically uses FedEx for shipping products. Ground, 2nd Day, and Next Day service is available. 3 Day, 2nd Day and Next day are only delivered Mon-Fri. Larger palletized orders are shipped via freight. Ground delivery typically takes 3-6 business days from the time it leaves our warehouse depending on your location. We're sorry, but shipments cannot be made to P.O. Boxes.

    Sinks

    • Must be shipped back in the outer shipping box in its original condition with the inner packing and including all installation materials, i.e. templates, mounting clips, etc

    Tubs

    • Have to be in the original box or crate. Tubs returned with damaged boxes or crates are subject to a $100 re-boxing fee
    • Customer is responsible for making arrangements with a freight company to have tub returned to The Faucet Depot's warehouse

    Toilets

    • For sanitary reasons only toilet seats in a FACTORY SEALED box can be returned for credit. Any toilet seat that has been installed or attempted to be installed cannot be returned.
